As you embrace the scenery during your relaxed walk, you will learn about the century-old remedies of over 36 types of medicinal plants that were used to treat fever, stomach aches, anemia, allergies and so much more.

A nature and educational tour, this experience combines traditional knowledge with modern understanding, showcasing the importance of nature in Belizean culture and wellness.

While sipping on wine enjoy your charcuterie board filled with Belizean cheese, meats, and fruits. You will learn the difference between your traditional grape wine vs. fruit wines, wine glasses, how to taste wine, how wine is made, and how Belizeans use wines for recreation and medicinal purposes.
